As an updated version of the Emerica Classic Laced shoe, this bad boy features a low profile cupsole for increased board feel without sacrificing the durability and impact resistance that cupsoles are known for. They also decided to add great features like tongue stabilizing straps for a snug fit and a high density rubber heel drag pod for extra durability. Way to go Emerica!

SOLE
Cupsole - Cupsoles are durable, well-cushioned and provide the best impact protection against hard landings. The sole consists of a single rubber layer, reinforced with glue then stitched to the upper. Cupsoles generally last longer than vulcanized soles, but don't provide as much flexibility and board feel right out of the box.
